We are open for
business for our normal posted hours of operation as of Tuesday 8/29. We still
have several items that need to be addressed from the storm which will take us time as we balance normal maintenance and operations with the repairs.
UPDATE Saturday 8/26 12:00 noon. The club weathered the storm fairly well.
We have a couple fences down on skeet fields, shingles off of top of a couple skeet houses (roof is in tack, just peeled shingles off) Pistol/rifle bay 12 canopy is flat on the ground, a couple
drouping electric wires on skeet fields and near barn, part of field 5 canopy was off and some other minor dammage. After visiting with board officers and had help from a board member who met me at
the club we have decided we will keep the club closed for a few more days until we can secure the electric wire and clean up some other potential hazards. Front gate is off and is locked. Will update
when we know more and have a better idea on when we will open.
The gun club will close at
noon today Thursday 8/24 so we can prep for the potential storm. The gates will all be locked when we leave so there will be no access to the club until after the storm. We anticipate being back Sunday morning at 9 am.
If we can open sooner we will post here and our homepage. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Dues should be paid by 12/31. Many have misplaced their notice and renewal form we mailed out in mid October. The dues are still $144.00 and the renewal form can be found on
the membership tab as a PDF file you can print out at home and mail to the address on the top of the form.
We give members a short grace period so do not panic just get the form and your check
in the mail to us by January 24 as we will be adjusting access cards on January 29 for those that have not renewed for 2017.
Membership dues are still $144 per year and are due by Jan. 1. As a reminder only
immediate family members can be listed on your family membership. CCPRC defines this as spouse and children that are under age 21 or are in college if over the age of 21.
If your gate card is not working, please come into the
office to check on your renewal status. If you are current it may be that your card has gone bad, which happens on occasion, we can replace it in that case.
Please remember when you are finished shooting in a bay or the rifle range to remove any targets you attached to the target boards and place them in a trash barrel. With the spring
windy season upon us it will help keep the club looking cleaner and will keep us from having to close the range or several bays at a time to clean targets off of the berms (where the wind takes
Please make a best effort to pick up your shotgun hulls and place in the trash or a hull bucket (on shotgun fields), doing so helps the club look it's best and
saves us money in labor cost.
Thanks, have fun and stay safe!
Please stay on the new improved road when you traverse to and from hanging targets in the rifle range.
If you want to shoot your shotgun with anything other than slugs or buckshot in bays 6-9 you will need to bring your own target stands. The rules do not allow for
the use of bird shot being fired at the clubs target backer boards in any bay or range. If you want to pattern your shotgun we have a pattern board next to shotgun field one. We now have
target stands with backers for rent at the club house.
