We are about to start the process of reclaiming the lead shot here at the club. This will mean several things. First, starting on
about Monday February5 and until the process is finished the shotgun fields and pattern board will only be open during times the clubhouse is open (normal posted hours) and second the fields will
only be open when opened by a CCPRC employee. The process could take 3-4 weeks depending on weather and the contractors uninterrupted time in the
As a reminder our annual membership dues are to be paid by 12-31-2017 for the upcoming 2018 year. As we have the last several
years we will provide a very short grace period before we turn off gate cards (starting 1-7-18 cards for un-renewed members will be turned off untll renewals are
processed). As of this writting about 1/3 of our members have already renewed.
At our our annual members meeting Wayne Quant was
reelected to the board and Bob Parker and Bud Colwell are new board members that were elected. Thanks to all our members who came out to participate.
Jeff Hyde was elected the President position and
Kevin Keetch to as Vice President.
Dues should be paid by 12/31. Many have misplaced their notice and renewal form we mailed out in mid
October. The dues for 2018 are $154.00 and the renewal form can be found on the membership tab as a PDF file you can print out at home and mail to the address on the top of the
As a reminder only immediate family members can be listed on your family
membership. CCPRC defines this as spouse and children that are under age 21 or are in college if over the age of 21.
If your gate card is not working, please come into the
office to check on your renewal status. If you are current it may be that your card has gone bad, which happens on occasion, we can replace it in that case.
Please remember when you are finished shooting in a bay or the rifle range to remove any targets you attached to the target boards and place them in a trash barrel. With the spring
windy season upon us it will help keep the club looking cleaner and will keep us from having to close the range or several bays at a time to clean targets off of the berms (where the wind takes
Please make a best effort to pick up your shotgun hulls and place in the trash or a hull bucket (on shotgun fields), doing so helps the club look it's best and
saves us money in labor cost.
Thanks, have fun and stay safe!
Please stay on the new improved road when you traverse to and from hanging targets in the rifle range.
If you want to shoot your shotgun with anything other than slugs or buckshot in bays 6-9 you will need to bring your own target stands. The rules do not allow for
the use of bird shot being fired at the clubs target backer boards in any bay or range. If you want to pattern your shotgun we have a pattern board next to shotgun field one. We now have
target stands with backers for rent at the club house.
